FAQ - Roadside Assistance

Q: What if I get a flat tire?

Flat tires rarely happen. Some riders can change a tire or fix a flat on the side of the road, while others are looking for a cell tower or how many bars they have. We provide fix-a-flat, tire irons, patch kits, plug kits, etc. to help you get down the road to a tire repair shop.
Rider is responsible for any and all costs associated with wheel damage and tire punctures during the rental duration.

Q: What if my motorcycle breaks down or has a mechanical failure?

We provide roadside recovery within Alaska, south of Fairbanks as far east as Tok. Riders traveling north of Fairbanks are responsible to get the motorcycle back to Fairbanks where we will meet you. Likewise, riders traveling east of Tok and into Canada are responsible to get the motorcycle back to Tok where we will meet you.  If you have a problem that cannot be resolved over the phone, we will pick you up, or provide a replacement motorcycle.  If a replacement is not available, we will refund you the balance of your rental. If you had an accident and your motorcycle is unrideable, we are not contractually obligated to provide a replacement. Sorry, you do not get a chance to wreck second, or third motorcycle.

Q: Where are you? I have been on the side of the road for 6 hours now.

Alaska is a really big state. If your break down occurred a good distance from Anchorage (like 500 miles), it will take us some time to get to you and your motorcycle. Be prepared to wait with your motorcycle unless you are in danger. Leaving the motorcycle on the side of the road is a big risk because of theft and vandalism. Remember, you are responsible for the motorcycle until you physically turn it back over to us.
